  • Introduction of my Mental Health Wellness

    Hi, this is my first blog

    I want to talk about mental health. I have been in the system for over 5 years and have gathered some knowledge which I would like to share with you guys. I have been diagnosed as having psychosis. Over the years I have had to research about my symptom and what causes it, maybe its manipulation or maybe it is karma! who knows?

    I have searched through the internet thinking to myself I NEED answers for this label. I think the word is the modern way of saying something is wrong with me, maybe infact it is a spiritual human instinct thing so that is why I’m going to talk about this to get more perspectives, not for myself but others as well. Since I do think it is how we are feeling as well. But anyways MONEY talks anyways, nothing we can do about that.

    Anyways I will be sharing my knowledge here and if you wish to follow me in this journey, we can make the world a healthier mental state!

  • Healing frequencies part 2

    Healing frequencies

    I have spoken in part 1 where listening to specific frequencies can have a healing effect on the brain, maybe to heal bi-polar or depression.

    Even when I listen to it, the brain’s chemistry can make you, yourself feel more at peace when indulging it.

    Also when it comes to money, specific times or frequency you put out can also get you monetary value depending on the tone and frequency you put out to a specific person kind of like manipulation.

    This isn’t a bad thing but kind of solving a person’s emotional problem as a job.

  • Ecosystem community

    Have a look at the previous blog which talks about how a community is made when a lot of people unconsciously go to a community.

    Unconscious community

    With the ecosystem added, when people engage other people want to as well because fear of missing out on something.

    It is similar to a market stall as when there are people browsing, other people want to go over to the market stall to have a browse as it is an illusion of something special in the stall.

  • Unconscious community

    This would be like a family community. Every stranger is bonded within one another. Unconscious then it goes to the conscious mind overtime with the same people. We tend to get more vulnerable to people the more we get to know one another.

    But this could have a dark side as it can get a money grab for lonely people trying to get attention from someone if money is involved.

  • Productivity vs mental health

    There are ways to be productive while being passionate about work.

    Work can come in any form with what information we consume that gets us interested in a specific niche.

    Of course when the money comes in, the reward can be satisfying.

    For me it is making money while exercising with being your own boss, kind of choosing your hours as much as possible, but in any business there will always be set hours.

  • Finance vs mental health

    I guess when we do not know about money, our mental health tends to be affected because we do not know how outside of 9-5 jobs to get money.

    With making money, a lot of us, in our 20s and 30s, even when we do not go which direction to go, we all have a mummy and daddy figure in us.

    To make money is to be passionate about what we do and show it into the community or society is a healthier alternative so that we do not burn out.

    Who is your favorite blogger to follow?

    I prefer watching those with different experiences to see how I can mould what they are saying to myself.

    With bloggers or vloggers I would prefer to watch self improvement channels to show and leave the information given in the back of my mind.

  • Food for thought part 48

    I have been thinking and through my experiences of being a dishwasher, hand cleaning plates.

    In a way we can call it a sweatshop because it is physical. Sweatshop is just a funny word to put it as, but overtime it builds character due to the honest work.

  • Healing frequencies

    When I listen to music like hardstyle or without many vocals.

    Somehow the frequency of myself or emotions start to change.

    It can be any frequency of the music or the environment around you.

    But whatever we consume can either affect our mental health positively or negatively.

  • Creating your own self

    Since we are in the social media age, we tend to follow what the creator makes to follow the trend. This trend can include money or either just jumping on the bandwagon just for fun.

    We should not expect the outcome urgently but it is best to follow the passion in whatever you do.

  • Snail

    When I say snail is to push yourself one day at a time. There is a quote saying “slow and steady wins the race”.

    We should strive to be better than yesterday. As present means today, being present is a gift.

    Eventually you will reach your goal, or even higher
